I’ve been in boardrooms, on national TV, and in the depths of my own unbecoming. I’ve spoken to millions through media—but I know the most important conversation is the one a woman has with herself.

I’ve featured in hundreds of mainstream media interviews across outlets like The Project, ABC, BBC, Channel 7, The Australian, and The Financial Review. I’ve helped scores of business owners and thought leaders land major coverage, tell their stories powerfully, and become the go-to expert in their industries.

My work in media has shaped narratives across Australia’s oil, gas, and mining sectors, building a legacy that amplified voices, created connection, and shifted the culture in industries not known for visibility, vulnerability, or soul.
